The staff was very nice. Barbara the lady that conducted the hearing test was very nice and helpful. I was very glad I went. God Bless everyone in there.

I went in this morning my appointment was at 10:00 I was there a little early they started taking care of me I had to fill out two little half sheets of paper and from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the lady behind the counter it was just a very smooth operation . I will send everyone I know that needs hearing aids I know to see them. Thank ya'll again. Benjamin A.

They are very good at the hole testing process. And at the end went through all tips of hearing aids that will work for you.

Great staff and good service

Very nice staff. She took her time to explain everything to us about which hearing aid was best for my husband. She cleaned my husband's ear wax blockage, and saved us a trip to an ENT in corpus. Very convenient location in Rockport. Thank you so much. We'll sure be coming back

I'm very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff during my visit. My hearing consultation/test was far more elaborate and detailed than I had figured it would be. I certainly recommend this office for anyone within the Rockport area.

I was very happy with the friendly staff who made the experience fun. I had been referred to them and happened to walk in. There was an opening and Barb worked with me to find the right hearing aid for me. I enjoyed working also with Norma and Jessica who all aided in my experience being superior!! The hearing aids are fantastic and I love that I can now hear so much more!
