Very rude receptionist. Poor customer service and talks down people. Needs to be retrained. Be better if she was replaced. As a veteran I chose this place for my voucher due to convenience of location. Easy fix. I reported them to their supervisor. I will also file a complaint to the VA and hopefully they’ll stop sending veterans there. Update-6/13/2022 They got rid of the rude receptionist. Thank goodness. Barb and Amanda, the hearing technicians, are both great. They are both friendly and excellent at their jobs. I’ve also met with their District Manager and she is proactive when it comes to customer service and taking care of our hearing needs. I’ll definitely be going back their once I get my voucher renewed. My wife and I both go their for our hearing needs.

While the office is open and very customer oriented the audiologist was trying to cover for two people. She was very professional in appearance and manner as well as welcoming.

I have for the past 3 1/2 years been a customer of New Sound Hearing. It has been a very great relationship. Today however I had a front row seat into a process that I have never seen before. I have been having trouble with my aids dropping volume for the past 3 months. These aids are new and have been under warranty by New Sound. Today, your employee named Amanda helped me with my scheduled appointment and problem. After discussing with her the problems I have been experiencing, she immediately suggested that we move into another room and get a Doctor of Audiologist on the line to try and solve this problem. She made contact with an Audiologist on the computer and the two of them started discussing the problem I was having for the past 3 months with my new aids. Within that conversation, Amanda suggested and eliminated two of the problems that could be causing my problem. After the second suggestion, the Doctor on the other end of this connection complimented her on a great suggestion . After we hung up with this Lady, I said you should be wearing the white coat and making more money as you were quick to point out the problem and how to solve it. I am extremely impressed with Amanda and her common sense approach to resolving my problem with my aids. I would like to have her as my 🚨 consultant moving forward and I believe and wish that your company would look at and realize the tremendous value that she brings to your company and clients like myself. A great employee with exceptional skills and great customer service and satisfaction. Thank you for allowing me to expand upon my visit with your company.
